£40,749 – £45,833 - plus essential car user allowance of £1,000 subject to criteria. Relocation expenses are also available.

Mid Kent Legal Services (MKLS) is the shared legal service for Maidstone, Swale and Tunbridge Wells Borough Councils.  We have an opportunity for an experienced lawyer to lead the Property & Regeneration team within our friendly department, and to manage a very interesting and varied workload.

Are you a customer focused team-player, able to communicate clearly and concisely, qualified as a barrister, solicitor, legal executive with expertise in the property & regeneration field, and ideally some management experience? If so, then we’d really like to hear from you.

Although you will work across all three MKLS offices (Maidstone, Sittingbourne and Tunbridge Wells), you will have one main base office; and attendance at some evening committee meetings will be required.
