LGSS Law Ltd is an innovative social enterprise law firm providing legal services to the public and not for profit sector. We have grown significantly in recent years and in addition to our head office in Huntingdon, we have branch offices, in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridge. We pride ourselves on giving high quality, comprehensive and affordable advice to our many clients, who include local authorities, health bodies, charities, schools and housing associations across the region.

We are looking for a professional, dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Principal Lawyer with the ability to handle a large and demanding caseload whilst line managing a team of lawyers across multiple offices and ensuring the team provides customer focused services of a high quality.

You will be working with a range of public sector and not for profit clients providing legal advice and support predominately in respect of civil and criminal litigation, employment and education matters and other areas of legal practice where necessary.

Working for a range of clients within this area gives you greater exposure to complex and interesting cases. This in turn will enable you to develop your experience within this sector at a quicker pace. You will also be involved, as part of the team, to assist with the development of policies and strategies to enable us to deliver a more effective service to deal with the large volume of challenges that our clients are currently facing within this sector.   It is an exciting time to be working within this area.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with initiative, a proactive approach to problem solving and a real commitment to the job. In return, we will enable you to work with friendly and supportive colleagues and develop your career in an excellent working environment. If the chance to play a part in this increasingly interesting but challenging area of law excites you, we want to hear from you.
