Job Details
The duties and responsibilities will include dealing with contentious matters relating to FCA Investigations, as well as non-contentious instructions such as providing guidance relating to the establishment of new FinTech businesses; advising on change-in-control applications, advising on the FCA/PRA Remuneration Code, and providing FCA Handbook advice.
