The Conveyancing department is the largest department firm-wide. They have relationships with high-end and well-known agents and brokers. The department is very dynamic and good at business development subsequently introducing new business on a weekly basis, as well as maintaining existing relationships. This approach allows them to continue to grow and has won them several industry awards.

You will manage your own caseload. You will find a friendly, cohesive, and supportive team environment. You will work with the company's wider network of Partners to grow the department. The practice has all the infrastructure to support you.

This role would suit a Partner looking for a lateral move, or a Senior Associate perhaps in a top-heavy department looking for a step up regarding responsibility and Partnership.
You will be a:

• Residential Property Solicitor with at least seven years PQE
• Ideally, have experience of running a team - although not necessarily essential
• Have a strong billings history
• Can lead and motivate a team, with a positive outlook
• Be ambitious and dynamic
• You will receive a basic salary up to £80k plus a bonus structure of up to 20% of all billings.
• Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
