Leading and Top 10 City law firm  are looking for a Planning Lawyer on a 6 month contract (or temp basis).
The planning group is an integral part of our commercial property department and specialise in planning, environmental and local government work. They have wide experience in advising on the planning and environmental aspects of major development and infrastructure projects including mixed use development and regeneration schemes, new housing settlements, office and business park developments, retail and leisure proposals and waste management schemes.  The practice deals with all aspects of planning law including negotiations and appeals for planning and associated consents, the drafting and negotiation of planning and related agreements and the environmental implications of development proposals.

Key criteria:
o          A planning specialist of 4+ PQE
o          To start preferably mid-August on a 6 month contract
o          Preferably with some experience in a City law firm

You will be part of a collaborative and astute team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and have demonstrative experience within private practice.
