A new opportunity has arisen for a personable Residential Conveyancer in Swanage. This is suited to a Solicitor, Legal Executive or a Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of five years PQE working within a similar role. Managing high volume residential work from instruction to post completion, the ideal solicitor will demonstrate solid understanding of property transaction, working knowledge of case management system and the ability to use digital dictation. The successful Lawyer will also possess strong networking skills for the growth and further development of the department, this role is offered on a full time permanent basis.
