Planning Associate - West End

A leading West End firm are currently looking to add to their Commercial Property team with a Junior Environmental and Planning solicitor. Sitting within the Commercial Property department the Planning team you will be one of the first ports of call for planning matters.

You will have experience in drafting and negotiating s106 agreements, giving advice on planning control and listed buildings, advising on contentious planning matters and advising on the Community Infrastructure Levy and its operation and exemptions.

As you would be at the forefront of the firm you would need to be confident and keen to become part of the face of the firm. Many of the firms junior solicitors attend public events and speak at seminars and business development in this respect would be an essential part of your role.
