Unique opportunity to join a regional leader in their field, to support the Service desk and provide 3rd Line Support to the teams queries. You will have 2+ years experience providing 2nd/3rd Line Support on hardware/software/security issues.
Working closely with the wider IT dept to reduce downtime and maintain an efficient system. Knowledge of Windows Server/Networking Switches and cabling essential, as is the ability to communicate and document processes.
