This top tier Legal 500 Lancashire firm are seeking an experience Private Client Solicitor to lead a highly regarded department and to grow the department further.

The role will be suited to Private Client Solicitors with at least 5 years post qualified experience, and who have managed/supervised a team in the past. The role is both a fee earning one dealing with a broad range of wills, probate, LPA, elderly care, COP, tax issues and trust matters, as well as a management one looking after a team of fee earners with duties including developing the department, coordinating the team, conducting training/appraisals of staff, and dealing with finances and budgets of the team.

The successful candidate will join a firm that can offer the quality of work provided to those working for top tier practices, but without the same high pressure work culture. There is a great work / life balance on offer whilst also having a high quality of work and HNW client based.
