Rural Property Solicitor
An opportunity has arisen for an Agricultural Property Solicitor to join a thriving North West legal practice, renowned for their property work, in their Lancashire office.
The firm recognises that this is a niche area of law and so they are interested in both candidates who practice in this area and candidates from a property background who would like to focus more on this.
The successful candidate will be working on a busy caseload of Agricultural Property matters liaising directly with farming clients regarding all Agricultural Property matters including easements, option agreements and renewable energy leases, sales and purchases of farms and farm land and tenancy agreements. The Agricultural Property Solicitor will also be expected to assist with business development as well as nurturing and developing existing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' PQE and experience either managing a caseload of matters or a good working knowledge which will allow for quick learning. Due to the success of the the firm and the reputable property department, there is a real opportunity to shape an exciting career path and become an integral part of the team and department.
