My client is a legal 500 and chambers rated practice with a specialism in Employment. At the top of its game, the firm is challenging the larger set ups with its high success rate and quality advice. In addition to this, it has a client base which is driving some really high-profile work and in turn a challenging and exciting role for the successful Employment Lawyer.
The firm is both Claimant and Respondent led, so has a depth of experience across all areas of Employment. The caseload will therefore be high value contentious matters, acting for Claimant and Respondent, so candidates will need to be experienced in both, or a specialist in one of them.
Applications are invited from junior and/or senior Employment Lawyers who have 1 – 6 years PQE and solid academics. Experience of working in a similar well-regarded firm will be essential for this role, and the willingness to be involved in business development will be advantageous.
