Employment Solicitor

Are you an Employment Solicitor (NQ-3yrs PQE) looking to join a leading Legal 500 firm within their Manchester city centre offices?
 
Your role as the Employment Solicitor will be to manage a varied caseload of employment matters on behalf of the firms Police Federation and Trade Union clients. You will be responsible for file management of complex cases, building relationships with clients and undertaking regional networking and business development activities. 
 
This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognised leader within the employment field and work alongside a very experienced Senior Employment Solicitor who specialises in a range of employment matters including discrimination, public law matters, Judicial Review and a range of civil rights of action cases. 
 
You must be a qualified Employment Solicitor NQ-3 years PQE, have good commercial awareness. Experience working in the employment law market is essential as in-depth understanding is a must. Fantastic communication and relationship building is also required alongside proactively managing their own workload effectively. Both claimant and respondent Employment Solicitors considered. A keen interest in working with police and trade union clients is essential.
