CORPORATE SOLICITOR | 4 years+ PQE | GUILDFORD
My client is a Top 100 Law Firm, known internationally for their level of corporate expertise. Owing to exceptional growth in their client base, they have an urgent requirement for an experienced corporate solicitor. This firm offers an excellent salary and prospects.
The team's core work consists of a wide range of private M&A, joint venture, corporate real estate, private equity, venture capital and general corporate matters for a variety of UK-based and international clients. You will be based in Guildford but you will regularly travel to the firms London office undertaking high-profile, high-value City and international work.
You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 4 years' experience and will have trained at a well-regarded UK or international firm and be highly competent in handling your own caseload of Corporate matters.
In addition to a London rate salary, you will receive 25 days' holiday, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, health cover and season ticket loan. There is excellent progression and ongoing training available.
