This Lexcel-accredited, Legal 500 firm in Brighton, East Sussex, has been part of the local community for more than a century and enjoys a sterling reputation for quality work and excellent client service.  A substantial amount of its business is generated by word-of-mouth referrals from existing clients or other legal professionals.  The firm is now looking to recruit a solicitor to join the property team and take on a busy caseload of commercial property work. This role might suit someone returning to work after a sabbatical or perhaps maternity leave, who would like to start on a part-time basis. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent career prospects.

The firm deals with a comprehensive caseload of commercial property matters which includes hotels and leisure facilities, affordable and charitable housing developments, industrial lettings and much more.   As well as a good level of experience in this type of work, it would be advantageous if you had some additional experience in long leasehold matters and maybe some residential property background as well.  When applying for this commercial property role, please contact Charlotte, quoting reference CW25763.

You will:-
Be a solicitor of at least 5 years’ PQE or a legal executive with a similar level of experience;
Have a good level of real-estate experience in general, with an interest in developing your career within the commercial property team;
Possess excellent client care skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in clear, concise language.
