They are now looking to add a Junior Residential Conveyancer to their team.

The Role

Our client is seeking a Junior Residential Conveyancer to join their Birmingham office. The position is offered on a full time permanent basis suitable for applications from qualified Solicitors, legal Executives, Paralegals and Licensed Conveyancers who have experience in fee-earning. The successful candidate will be joining an experienced department with extensive experience in all areas of property law. The position will include a range of conveyancing disciplines including buying and selling property, freehold and leasehold, extending and granting leases, transferring equity, shared ownership, buy to let and re-mortgages. The Candidate

You will:-
Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Paralegal or Licensed Conveyancer;
Have experience in residential conveyancing matters;
Have experience in fee-earning;
Have excellent client care skills.
