Locum Commercial Contracts & Procurement Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a locum Commercial Contracts and Procurement Solicitor to join a local authority in the West Midlands. This is an outside IR35 position which will be for between 4-6 weeks and both part-time and full-time candidates will be considered.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor and Commercial Contracts and Procurement specialist with a background dealing with Local Authority contracts.

The successful candidate will have a substantial knowledge of contract law and be willing to assist with more complex contract matters. Knowledge and practical experience of EU and UK procurement legislation and requirements, tender evaluation, the drafting and negotiation of substantial contracts and consultancy agreements is vital for the role.

The position offers an attractive hourly rate of up to £40 per hour dependant on experience.
