Private Client Lawyer

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Solicitor to join my client's successful Wills, Taxs, Trusts and Probate team based in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Wills, Tax, Trusts and Probate and will have the opportunity to work as part of a growing team who are experts in all aspects of private client work and recognised as leaders in their fields.

The successful candidate will have the responsibility of drafting wills, trust deeds and deeds of variation, advising clients on inheritance tax matters, providing the highest level of client care, advice and representation to our clients and building relationships with internal and external parties.

Applications will be accepted from candidates with 2yrs+ PQE experience within the specific area of law, STEP membership is encouraged, although not essential.

It is important that you possess the ability to successfully manage an individual billing target and case load and demonstrate experience of working to key performance indicators.

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships, both internally and externally.
