High flying regional firm are now looking to appoint an experienced conveyancer who has experience of dealing with panel clients.

You will handle a normal sales and purchase caseload but also you will be expected to handle the new build work coming into the firm which involves servicing some household name national homebuilders.

There would be an expectation to perform business development and add to the firms' portfolio of clients and to cross-sell the firm's land acquisition services which their very talented commercial property department can carry out.

Any experience of site set up and plot sales work will be considered favourably. You will also need to know how to set up a freehold and leasehold site and oversee and deal with subsequent plot sales.
