A top 100 national law firm is looking for Dispute Resolution Paralegal to join their litigation team in Taunton. The team is ranked in both the legal 500 and Chambers and Partner and you will be one of 2 paralegals supporting 8 lawyers.

The role involves a mixture of commercial and private client litigation working on matters relating to agriculture, property disputes, private client matters, regulatory disputes and other issues. Specific responsibilities will include; research, evidence gathering, basic case preparation, procedural work, liaising with clients, witnesses, and opposition parties, note taking, costing and assisting drafting statements.

They are looking for LPC graduates, with a good academic background who have some experience or interest in litigation work. You must also have good communication skills (written and spoken), be organised and be able to manager your own workload, and be comfortable with modern IT systems .

They are looking for candidate with a legal background (LLB/GDL and LPC graduates are particularly welcome) and are ideally looking for candidates with experience of either residential or commercial property work. You must also have IT skills, good communication and be able to manage your own workload.

In return you will be paid a competitive salary and with good benefits will have good career prospects - there is no guarantee but the last paralegal in this team was offered a training contract.
