A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior Residential Conveyancer, looking for excellent career progression within a thriving law firm.  You will be expected to assist fee earners, as well as running your own caseload including some complex transactions.  The successful Residential Conveyancer will take on a varied work load handling a high volume of transactions; conducting searches and investigations; liaising with clients and third parties.   This is a diverse role and also involves supervising staff; interviewing; producing completion statements; monitoring diary dates; reporting to clients; developing new sources; marketing; constructing articles for a property law website and managing of stalls at trade shows.  Please contact Victoria for further information quoting reference VK26290.

You must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years post qualification.
You must have knowledge of the Solicitors Regulation Authority code of conduct and Accounts Rules.
You will be proficient in the use of social media such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
You must have effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload.
You must be personable with a professional telephone manner and excellent client care skills.
