Locum Residential Property Lawyer
A Locum Residential Property Lawyer is required in Hampshire to cover a period of holiday leave for a multi-office practice.
Candidates will be handling a full residential property caseload which will include:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Mortgages and Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Leases and lease extensions
- New builds
- Shared ownership
Due to the nature of the cover required, successful candidates are likely to have upwards of three years’ experience in handling a full property caseload without supervision.
Previous experience working as a locum would be beneficial but is not essential.
The firm operate with a case management system and some limited secretarial support would be available. Due to the limited availability of secretarial support, candidates who are self-sufficient would viewed favourably.
