NQ – 4 PQE Construction Solicitor

One of the most respected and highly regarded International Law Firms in the North West are looking to appoint an ambitious NQ – 4 years PQE Construction Solicitor based in their successful team in Manchester. This top 50 Law firm have a great reputation within the market and can offer you a strong path for progression, learning from some of the best in the market.

This role will involve a mixture of non-contentious and contentious construction work. Your caseload will be varied and include a range of responsibilities from drafting construction contracts, managing the progress of development and completion of documents through to dealing with a number of queries on live projects on behalf of a whole range of commercial clients. This team act on behalf of a wide range of clients including main contractors, sub-contractors and consultants.

Ideally you will be NQ – 4 years PQE, with experience handling non-contentious and (ideally) contentious construction matters. You will be enthusiastic, determined and motivated to work and learn as part of a large, successful team.
