My innovative legal Client now require a Solicitor, Legal Executive or very experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their modern, forward thinking practice. The vacancy has arisen due to rapid expansion and the accumulation of more work along with the recent retirement of their Head of Conveyancing team.
The ideal candidate must have demonstrable a number of years of experience handling their own caseload from the initial stages through to completion
The successful candidate will have responsibility for running and managing the cases supported by 2 experienced Conveyancing Assistants
Sales, purchase, Right to Buy and Re-mortgage experience is of vital importance as is a meticulous attention to detail.
The role presents the right person with opportunities to progress their career as we always offer rewards and commission for forward thinking progressive and ambitious fee earners.
