They are looking for a Residential Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE to join their office in Brighton, Hampshire.

With Residential Property practiced at seven offices across their South Coast and Thames Valley regions, their conveyancing teams across the combined Firm have helped thousands of people in all nature of property transactions, in particular the buying and selling of freehold or leasehold property. The teams have knowledge and expertise in many areas including buying from a developer or at auction, lease extensions, re-mortgaging and transfers of ownership. Coffin Mew is delighted to have been given a "highly commended" status in the CQS Award for Excellence in Conveyancing Practice at the Law Society Excellence Awards.

Due to expansion, we are recruiting a Conveyancing Executive to join our Residential Property Team in our Brighton office.

You will be…

• A talented Conveyancer with at least 5 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing
• A team player and will play an active part in driving the team forward, through an interest in undertaking business development activity to seek and secure new work referral sources.
• You will be highly motivated, efficient, and looking for an opportunity to join and provide valuable support to, a progressive and hardworking team.
• A team player and will play an active part in driving the team forward, through an interest in undertaking business development activity to seek and secure new work referral sources.
• Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
