A brand new opportunity has arisen at a Bristol legal practice, to work closely with a newly appointed Head of Department within the Company Commercial Team. Undertaking a wide remit of high quality work, you can expect to advise upon share/business sales and purchases, commercial agreements, joint venture and shareholder agreements, corporate restructures, corporate finance and partnership agreements. Additional responsibilities will include attending networking events, developing sources of business, and improving marketing strategies of the team.
