Job Details
The opportunity to join an established residential team in Leeds is now open for a NQ - 2 year PQE Solicitors.
The team was initially set up in 2013 in Leeds and has now grown to 10 qualified Solicitors. The team are experiencing continued growth and are recruiting 3 Solicitors at present, one of which is NQ - 2 PQE.
Work carried out is mainly for PLC house builders and resource is needed for site acquisition's and includes preparing and drafting ancillary documents, reviewing and reporting on title and more.
The successful candidate will ideally have large firm familiarity although this is not essential. Strong academics and experience in a real estate seat or position is favoured.
