Real Estate Solicitor

Our client is a law firm with a strong focus on real estate and a fantastic reputation nationally, who now wish to appoint an experienced real estate solicitor into the team in Manchester.
 
You will join as a real estate solicitor, focused on asset management work at the very top level. You will have developed a specialism in landlord and tenant work particularly in negotiating leases and agreements for lease.  With strong technical expertise you will be keen to share this knowledge in developing junior members of the real estate team.  You will also have developed strong client facing skills being confident in in business development and maintaining a good client relationship.

As a real estate solicitor int the team you will enjoy a well-rounded role in this friendly and supportive Manchester team with a truly collaborative culture.
