A law firm in Solihull are looking to recruit a property development solicitor on an initial 12-month FTC basis for their buoyant team. This is a great opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge in this arena. This is fantastic place to work where you will join a highly skilled, technically strong department.

Ideally you will have 3+ years PQE to compliment the team structure. You will have good experience in property development and commercial property background ideally within the west midlands region. Furthermore, you will have experience in dealing with the full spectrum of development property matters in residential, retail and industrial sectors.

You will be Drafting and negotiating property development agreements including funding arrangements. In addition, you will be setting up a new plot sales site including management companies or resident's associates, and the sale or letting of residential or commercial units.

You will develop your own skill sin this driven environment working alongside some of the best property solicitors in the country.
