Share Scheme Solicitor - Norwich.

This national firm is looking for an experienced Share Schemes or Corporate Tax Lawyer with upwards of 2 years PQE to join their specialist share scheme department.

You will be advising clients of varying sizes and structures ranging from large international companies, AIM or listed companies, public bodies and partnerships on share schemes from establishing them on behalf of clients, and providing ongoing support and advice to users. Advice will also be given on complex share schemes during corporate transactions and takeover bids and you will be advising on matters such as LTIPs, EMI options, benefit trusts and other tax-privileged employee share incentives.

The firm represents a number of household names and some of the UKs largest companies as part of their long established client base so the quality of work will be very high.

The firm offers one of the best benefits packages in the market at the moment and employees are able to enjoy a good salary which will be based on your experience, bonuses, pension scheme, private healthcare, generous holiday entitlement of up to 31 days and much more. They are a firm that appreciates and actively promotes the value of a good work life balance and their staffs well being and they have developed a benefits package in line with this ethos. This leads to them attracting top quality lawyers who are able to progress with the firm and they enjoy an excellent staff retention rate due to the way in which they operate and treat their staff.

This would be the perfect role for the Lawyer who wants to continue to doing quality, complex work where you are treated as valuable member of the team rather than simply a number. This may be of particular interest to lawyers based in London but are perhaps interested in making a move to Norfolk but do not wish to take a step back in terms of the quality of the work that they deal with.

If you would like to hear more about the role in confidence then please contact Greg Whittaker by applying ASAP.
