We are now seeking a Dispute Resolution Legal Secretary in Maldon. With great attention to detail, you will be highly numerate with fast typing speed. The ideal Legal Secretary will be supporting fee earners whilst providing excellent client services. You will also be personable, working well within a team and on own initiative with duties to include: liaising with clients; typing; telephony; preparing documents; organising activities; file management; diarising; use of case management system; preparing meeting facilities and; general office duties. You will be proactive and be able to demonstrate previous expertise within a similar role. The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

You must be an experienced Legal Secretary within a reputable Dispute Resolution department;
You must be highly numerate with good IT skills;
Excellent client care skills is desirable;
You must have accurate typing skills;
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written is essential;
You will have great attention to detail.
