Job Details
A leading Legal 500 practice are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team along the South Coast. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a busy & thriving department within a highly regarded business.
As a Commercial Property solicitor you will play a key role in promoting and growing the department, as well as being responsible for an existing caseload of Property matters including;
- Sale
- Purchase and Lease of land
- Development
- Investment
- Leasehold management
The successful candidate must have a pleasant but assertive manner when dealing with colleagues and clients. Personally, efficient and well organised, with good control of diary and time management. Candidates must be able to manage and develop a caseload without the aid of dedicated secretarial support.
