Paralegal - Property
My client is seeking an experienced Paralegal/ Legal Assistant with excellent typing skills and attention to detail. You will have appropriate time management skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively. Effective communication skills are necessary. The successful candidate will have at least 12 months' Paralegal experience and possess a "can do" attitude.
The role involves:
- File management
- File openings
- Putting together reports on title
- Carrying out property searches
- Preparing sales packs
- Speaking with clients on the telephone and via email
- Dealing with post-completion matters such as stamp duty submissions, registration applications and lender post completion requirements.
