The firm has an exciting new vacancy for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing Crystal Palace, South London office.

Property is one of the largest departments firm wide, they have an outstanding reputation among clients and local businesses for delivering a great service and adding real value to client's transactions. They have seen a real increase in the amount of quality referrals, you will join a friendly and supportive team. They have good support for fee earners with a solid work force. You will deal with a good quality caseload, it will be broad making for a more interesting role with businesses spanning many sectors and of different sizes, the work will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Licenses, Landlord and tenant and Commercial leases.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will either be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least four years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You should have good experience of running your own broad Commercial Property caseload
• The ability to build strong client relationships is essential
• You should have good interpersonal skills
• You should have a good eye for detail and be organised
• Salary is up to £65k depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package
