Residential Property Lawyer - Cambridge.

A long established legal 500 firm based in Cambridge are looking to recruit a residential property lawyer to their team.

The successful candidate will be a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years PQE in dealing with the broad range of residential property matters including sales, purchases, transfers or equity and remortgage matters. Some experience of residential leases, new builds and shared ownership transactions would be required.
