As Employment Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied and challenging caseload incorporating both contentious and non contentious matters. The Practice has excellence in both HR support and Employment Tribunal cases, so you will gain exposure to high profile tribunal cases, and the opportunity to support a variety of Commercial businesses with their HR work. Expect to be involved with TUPE, unfair dismissal, drafting contracts and terms and conditions, and settlement agreements amongst other duties.
This an excellent opportunity to join a growing Employment Practice which has an excellent reputation. For Solicitors with between 1 - 5 PQE, you will gain exposure to an excellent quality caseload as well as guidance and support from supportive senior team members.
