Commercial Property Locum – Cambridgeshire – September Start – £35-£45 per hour – On-going
A new opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Commercial Property Solicitor to aid a successful law firm in Cambridgeshire on an on-going locum basis whilst the firm recruit for a permanent vacancy. This is a full time position but flexibility can be considered.
The successful candidate will handle a busy commercial property caseload consisting of the sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold property, transactions on land for developments, option agreements, conditional agreements, commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters. Full secretarial support is provided.
The firm is a short walk from the train station making the role accessible for those commuting by train, as well as offering car parking on site.
