Commercial / Civil Litigator

If you are a junior litigator wishing to handle a varied commercial and civil litigation caseload as part of a highly regarded Legal 500 dispute resolution team in the West Midlands, then our client would like to hear from you!

The successful applicant will enjoy the following:

  • Handling a mixed contentious caseload comprising a diverse range of commercial and civil litigation matters to include contractual disputes, land disputes, housing disputes and commercial disputes

It is envisaged that this role would suit an enthusiastic junior commercial litigator with ideally two to four years' PQE, however applications from more junior and more experienced candidates with the relevant experience will also be considered.
