This firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Cobham, Surrey office.

The workload will be broad and varied, and include matters including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial and residential property, commercial leases, development, sale and purchase of unincorporated businesses, franchise property systems and construction matters. You will be working alongside an experienced team that have a strong reputation in the area.

• You will be a 5 years PQE Solicitor with experience of working in Commercial Property
• You will have sound Commercial Property knowledge
• You will have the ability to work on a busy and varied workload
• You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Salary of up to £75,000 plus excellent benefits and training
