A great opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer has come up in West Bromwich for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of three years PQE. The ideal Lawyer must have excellent client care skills and the ability to work well within a team. Working well to meet tight deadlines and managing an existing caseload, your duties will include; landlord and tenant matters; property management; litigation; freehold and leasehold; drafting commercial leases; planning environmental law and; lease negotiations.
