Urgent requirement for a Locum Residential Conveyancer in Aldeburgh.

Our client is a modern firm well established and located in Aldeburgh. As a progressive and fast growing practice, they are now urgently seeking a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join their team. The successful Lawyer will benefit from working within a team of professionals who work collectively to provide excellent client care. THE ROLE
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Locum Residential Conveyancer to join an established team in Aldeburgh. This is suited to a Solicitor, Legal Executive or a Licenced Conveyancer who is available to start the week of the 12th of June for five days. The ideal Lawyer will handle a diverse caseload covering a wide spectrum of freehold and leasehold property transactions and high volume conveyancing work. You will work to meet tight deadlines and have a hands on approach.

THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or a Legal Executive with a minimum of two years PQE;
Solid expertise in Residential Conveyancing is essential;
You must be available to start week commencing 12th of June 2017 for five days;
You will be professional with excellent client care skills;
You will be able to handle a diverse caseload with minimum supervision.
