A well-established and thriving multi-office law firm based in West Sussex, staffed by expert lawyers, our client covers a wide range of legal disciplines.   Offering specialist advice within a progressive environment they have built an admirable client base and tailor their advice for each case with proficiency.  The office is situated in an ideal location close to immediate amenities and transport links they also have ample parking available.  Currently expanding due to their sustained success, they are now seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team.

Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with strong networking skills and the ability to build a lasting rapport with clients, the firm offers a competitive package commensurate with experience.  The Lawyer will undertake a varied and demanding caseload, taking on some high-value cases within the commercial property department.  The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will deal with lease renewals; issues with sub-letting; unlawful occupants; construction disputes; obtaining planning permission and; landlord and tenant agreements.  The ideal candidate will contribute to business development and marketing events within the firm as required.  Please contact Jonathan for further information quoting reference JB26423.
