There is now a wonderful opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a well-regarded firm in central Bristol. This role will suit an experienced and specialist Solicitor or Conveyancer who is looking to be part of a successful and friendly, with a clear career development path. Salary is circa £35,000 - £45,000 and is negotiable, dependent on experience.

My client is a busy and successful outfit with a solid brand and reputation in the South West. This boutique firm is considered to be robust and has a very good reputation for its Commercial Disputes, Family and Medical Negligence work. In addition, the firm offers tailored advice on Property, particularly Residential work, with the team being a good size and can offer a full and varied case load to the right person.

Applications are invited Residential Conveyancers, Solicitors, Legal Executives, or senior Fee Earners who have 2- 4 years PQE. It is essential that candidates are confident to run their own busy and complex case load. Files will range from sales and purchases to shared equity and mortgages. Those that have dealt with shared ownership will be at an advantage and experience of working high quality files is essential!
