Commercial Lawyer - Leeds

One of the UK's largest private practice law firms are currently seeking to appoint a mid level commercial lawyer to join their highly successful team based in Leeds. This private practice law firm have an excellent regional and national reputation for their work across all disciplines and are recognised in the Legal 500.

This role will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to work with an enviable client base, providing advice on a full range of commercial contracts matters across a range of industries. This role would suit an ambitious and innovative commercial solicitor who is keen to further develop their practice in commercial law with one of the regions leading teams, dealing with a high quality caseload.

The ideal commercial solicitor for this role will have trained at a leading national commercial practice and will have had good exposure to all aspects of commercial contracts work including negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements with suppliers. To be considered for this role you will be a commercial solicitor of at least 2 years PQE dealing with a broad spectrum of commercial and IT matters. Applications are also welcome from candidates that may have trained and qualified into a commercial contracts role but have practised in a different area of law over recent years, and are seeking a return to this type of work.
