The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented, tenacious Private Family Solicitor to join our clients’ flourishing practice in the Fordingbridge area. A new position within an expanding practice, the successful Solicitor will handle a diverse caseload of Family matters to include: divorce and financial remedies; Children Act applications; cohabitation and separation agreements; civil partnerships; TOLATA; injunctions and; matters with an international aspect. Pro-active participation in business development and maximising cross-referral opportunities are essential for the role.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE gained within a reputable Matrimonial department.
You must have excellent technical skills with expertise encompassing all aspects of private family matters.
You will be able to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision and undertake your own advocacy where appropriate.
An aptitude for business development is essential for the position.
You will be dedicated, flexible and able to attend clients at other locations when necessary.
