The Role
We are now tasked with seeking a dedicated Crown Court Advocate for a highly successful team in Liverpool. With higher rights of audience and proven experience undertaking Crown Court trials, the successful Crown Court Advocate will manage a challenging and varied caseload up to and including Category B and A. The ability to prepare cases to a high standard and progress matters to trial and beyond is essential. Our client is particularly keen to hear from candidates with Duty Accreditation, however this is not a pre-requisite for the role. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with Higher Rights of Audience or Barrister with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE;
You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
You will have proven experience conducting Crown Court Trials;
Duty accreditation would be advantageous, but is not essential;
You will be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines;
You will be a pro-active team player.
