The Role
Due to retirement, we are now actively seeking a dynamic Child Care Solicitor with Panel Membership, for a specialist team in the Nuneaton area. Managing a full caseload of child care matters from commencement to final order, the successful Solicitor will provide high quality advice, assistance and representation to parents and children in areas including: adoption; care proceedings; parental responsibility and; wardship. Outstanding client care skills will be essential for this role. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE gained within Child Care;
You will have communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You must be a member of the Children Panel;
You will have strong organisational and time management skills;
You shall have previous advocacy experience;
You will have a flair for business development.
