The role

The firm is seeking to hire Court of Protection Fee Earner into their West End based office.

Although the firm deals with most Family work, they house a Partner who is a court of protection deputy. This is an area of law that the firm is looking to really expand on and they are currently very busy, there is currently a team of three dealing exclusively with Court of protection work. You will deal with your own caseload of high-quality work and will also support the Partner with more complex matters.

This role comes with good prospects.

Requirements

• You will be a Court of Protection Fee Earner with at least one years' experience of dealing with your own caseload (there is no upper limit in terms of experience)
• You will have good experience of dealing a Court of Protection caseload
• This role will be based in the West End
• Salary is negotiable depending on your background, plus an excellent benefits package.
