The Role
We are now tasked with seeking a dynamic Practice Manager on a permanent basis in Camberley. Responsible for the overall running of the practice, the successful Manager will handle a varied workload to facilitate the effective delivery of the practices legal services. Duties will include but are not limited to: management of support staff; developing and implementing organisational and performance systems; office maintenance; health and safety; being responsible for the firms insurances and office contracts; archiving and; non-legal administration. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to find solutions to complex issues will therefore be essential. The Candidate
You must be a Practice Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ experience gained within the legal framework;
You will have previous experience developing and implementing systems;
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
You will be highly organised, able to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy;
You will be able to manage a budget;
You will be professional, personable and adaptable.
