COMPLIANCE AND REGULATORY TRAINING MANAGER

THE FIRM
Our client is a specialist property practice with offices in the East Midlands and London areas. With a passion for delivering outstanding service, the firm enjoys a high level of instructions from repeat referrals. Currently undergoing a period of expansion, they are looking to add a Compliance and Regulatory Training Manager to their team. This position will be based at the firm’s Daventry office.

THE ROLE
You will have strong experience in residential conveyancing matters and risk or compliance management. You should be able to demonstrate a strong awareness of the legal issues relating to legal practice and have a good understanding of the regulatory principles and conduct rules associated with the CLC. You will be responsible for implementing relevant training across the wider firm, covering areas such as Anti-Money Laundering, Professional Conduct and Data Protection. You will ensure resolution of any serious complaints and negligence claims and report claims to insurers where necessary. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a specialist role within a growing firm.

THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 4 Years PQE in Property law;
Have experience of compliance and regulation matters;
Have a good understanding of the CLC Code of Conduct;
Be able to manage a demanding and diverse caseload.
