An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a West Yorkshire based Local Authority.Our client is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their childcare team, to assist in preparing orders and statements, collating bundles for court, dealing with routine office correspondence, and assisting the childcare lawyers within the team as necessary.The ideal candidate will have prior experience gained within childcare law, and will understand care proceedings. Experience of working within a Local Authority would be highly advantageous.This position is to start immediately and will be for a minimum of 4 weeks, with the likelihood of a further extension.
